Arche Nora eV is a children's and family center in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. Our association was founded in 1993 by committed mothers as a way to help them help themselves and support each other. Arche Nora includes the popular children's second-hand shop "Die Schatztruhe", which has been run on a voluntary basis for decades, and the supervised playgroup "Die Gartenzwerge". Open meetings and digital events on issues related to parenthood support young families.
The Arche Nora association was founded in November 1993. Single mothers came together to support and exchange ideas with each other.
The facility has now developed into a "Children and Family Center" - a meeting place where parents and children can come together in a child-friendly and loving atmosphere.
Regardless of origin, religion or language, we look forward to welcoming you and your little ones!

Seven volunteer women work tirelessly for Arche Nora and take care of, among other things, the business operations of the children's second-hand shop "Schatztruhe", the organization and administration of the association, personnel management, accounting and member administration and much, much, much more!
A mix of different personalities, skills, experiences, competencies and the shared desire to do something good, to contribute to the community, to develop oneself and not to stand still, contribute to the fact that Arche Nora has been an integral part of Leinfelden-Echterdingen since the 1990s! An association that was run by women on the side for decades. We are proud of it!
